A seasoned entrepreneur and Chartered Accountant (ICAI, 1992) with over three decades of global business experience, Sudeep Narula has built a distinguished career spanning aviation, aerospace, information technology, and strategic consulting.

A graduate of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Class of 1989, he has combined academic excellence with a lifelong passion for leadership and innovation. During his formative years, he not only excelled in academics but also represented his college in swimming and water polo, earning accolades for teamwork and performance.

In the early 1990s, Sudeep Narula began his professional journey in the U.S. General Aviation market, where he provided consultancy services to corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals. This international exposure gained him invaluable insights into global aviation operations and business models.

Upon returning to India in 1994, he transitioned into management consultancy, advising leading Indian and multinational conglomerates on greenfield projects, funding strategies, and organizational development.

In 1996, he founded a computer hardware and networking enterprise, swiftly leveraging his global experience to bring advanced technologies to Indian markets. Under his leadership, the company rose to national prominence, ranking among India’s top IT hardware and networking firms.

His ventures played a pioneering role in introducing major global technology brands to India, including:

• Dell Computer Corporation (Distributor, 1997)
• Gateway Computer Corporation, USA (Sole Distributor, 2000)

Over the years, his portfolio expanded into BPO/KPO, clinical research, medical devices, and aerospace, successfully managing multiple ventures and fostering robust international trade partnerships.

As a Promoter and Entrepreneur at ASAP and Megatron, he has been instrumental in advancing India’s aviation and aerospace ecosystem. His leadership facilitated the entry of several aircraft into the country, including:

• Piper Aircraft Inc. — record-breaking sales within five years, making the Piper Archer a preferred choice for Indian flight schools.
• Pacific Aerospace Ltd

In 2023, he founded Megasat Technologies Private Limited with a vision to unite India’s brightest minds and leading global satellite companies. The company’s mission: to position India as a key player in the Global Space Economy through innovation, collaboration, and technological excellence.
